The MicroVib II System will accommodate state-of-the-art dynamic balancing on virtually all propeller-powered aircraft. This includes balancing single or multi- engine aircraft powered by piston engines, turbine engines, or electric motors. Training & Support
Hands-on training is crucial in developing a working knowledge of the usage of the MicroVibII TM and MicroBase Professional TM. The training is always a good and cost-effective choice – a well-trained user can obtain positive results quicker, i.e. reduce downtime, save fuel and work hours, and increase airworthiness.
As a minimum, we recommend an 8-hour course, with 4 hours of classroom instruction and 4 hours of hands-on training on the aircraft to get the equipment user off to a good start. Usually chosen is an 8-hour classroom instruction and 8-hour hands-on training.
Initial training course – at the time of purchase
This type of course is highly recommended at the time of Micro VibII purchase. It will help you use your set effectively from the very beginning.
Recurrent training course
Recommended for onboarding new hires, the casual users of the MicroVibII users, and frequent ones alike – all those who need to reduce the maintenance downtime to the minimum or implement new balancing solutions.

The flight line session offers participants practical, hands-on experience in installing and operating the MicroVib II Aircraft Analyzer on actual aircraft.

This course offers an introduction to vibration theory, focusing on balancing and vibration measurement in rotary-wing aircraft. The classroom segment concentrates on the effective use of the MicroVib II Aircraft Analyzer for rotor track and balance, as well as vibration analysis. Participants will also take part in a flight session, which provides hands-on experience in installing and operating the MicroVib II Aircraft Analyzer on actual aircraft.
